Overlooking beautiful gardens in the heart of London, these Grade II listed offices in Grosvenor Gardens are one of the most sought after places to work in the city.

With such a prestigious building, the specialist team at BSPS were required for a full refurbishment of the historic building.

The team completed an internal and external refurbishment in the multi-tenanted commercial office buildings. This included a Cat A fit out to some offices, the refurbishment of landlord areas and the replacement of the heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems.

Being on a busy London street, BSPS needed to work within a live building which involved temporarily moving tenants to complete certain works.

Despite the busy office location, the team managed to complete the job with minimal disruption and created sleek, stunning spaces for tenants to enjoy while keeping the historic period features on the façade of the building.
