Welbeck Way in London is off Wimpole Street in Marylebone. Known for its medical presence being near Harley Street, the area is also full of excellent restaurants, shopping and cultural amenities making it a very desirable place to live in the city.

The specialist team at BSPS were asked to work on this residential property at 24 Welbeck Way to restore and replace the roof, pipes and gutters as well as some general maintenance on the building.

The team fitted a new slate roof and lead box gutters as well as replacing the old plastic pipes at the front of the property with elegant cast iron alternatives.

The whole front of the building was sandblasted which has brought out the striking yellow bricks and has made it really stand out amongst its neighbours.

The new additions blend in seamlessly with the rest of the building and the results of the sandblasting have the whole structure looking and feeling brand new.
