Wimpole Street is situated right in the middle of London’s world-famous medical district of Marylebone. The expert team at BSPS were called in to work on 80 – 81 Wimpole Street.

The team carried out a full CAT A fit-out of the five-storey office building including external decoration and repairs. The team also installed new lighting to the communal staircase and offices and new AC condensers and toilets with the Dolphin Alavo System, which is a modular wash, soap and dry system.

BSPS completed all tiling, plumbing and decoration works while a specialist contractor was brought in to complete the flooring, joinery and signage.

With the building being on such a prestigious street in London, there was a high level of detail required for the decorations and finishes and the expert team took time and care to ensure that the job was completed to the highest standard. The grand, communal staircase required three separate colours that had to be accurately painted.

Although keeping its traditional charm, this team managed to create a beautiful modern and sleek finish to the interior that upcoming tenants will be proud to work in.
