Wigmore Street, in the heart of London’s Mayfair, is long renowned for its high fashion shopping and Wigmore Hall. It’s even more upmarket than the nearby Regent and Oxford Street.

To compete with the historic concert hall and high fashion boutiques, BSPS were appointed to refurbish and fit out an office building on the street.

The expert team replaced the hot water and air conditioning system. They also completed a full lift refurbishment and electrical work including installing brand-new lighting.
The office space was updated with a sleek new look that included a striking reception space and upgraded toilets. The cherry on top was the newly created roof terrace which will be the envy of all employees in the area and is the perfect place to take in the London views.

Work was completed in an efficient, timely manner and the specialist team had to work around alterations made by former tenants and created an intricate design with planters on the new roof terrace for new employees to enjoy.
