3 St James Square
Service: Decoration & Restoration
Sector: Commercial
Located in the very heart of London, 3 St James Square is a stunning development offering Grade A office space. The building features iconic Portland stone and red brick façade.
There have been many notable tenants in the past including three separate dukedoms and famous archaeologist, General Augustus Pitt-Rivers and the building has been worked on by distinguished architects including Sir John Sloan.
With such a prestigious postcode, BSPS were called in for their expertise in restoring high-end buildings. Work included painting and decorating as well as some minor concrete repairs and the replacement of pigeon wire surrounding the building.
The team also had to work around a spectacular showroom on the first floor with over £2million worth of furniture. The showroom was being used to showcase flats currently being built in central London worth over £10million.
Thanks to BSPS, the striking building has been restored back to its stunning self in the beautiful garden square in London
