BSPS was honoured to get a call from Brooks’s, one of the oldest and most exclusive gentlemen’s clubs in London. The 18th-century building required a bespoke lift for members to access the bar, games rooms, dining room and library on four floors of the building, as well as new toilets.

The project began by constructing a third-floor level extension, which merged the new lift, as well as communal toilets, all in keeping with the club’s early Dutch country house style.

BSPS ensured that new mechanical and electrical services were installed, and existing services were upgraded to guarantee that the new lift and toilets would become a part of the building’s rich history.

The end result is something of which members, including European royalty, members of the British diplomatic corps and writers, can be truly proud.
