Chocolate is pretty important. So, when the International Cocoa Organization asked BSPS for help to design and build its new headquarters in London, it was their golden ticket to show they were the best bar none.

The company needed an overhaul to part of the fourth floor, and BSPS worked hard to fit out a fresh, bright and flexible CAT B office space for its employees.

To open up the space and to help employees feel inspired, new glass screens were erected featuring the cocoa bean manifestation. New light fittings, ceilings and folding partitions were installed to suit the new layout and new carpeting was laid.

The ICCO is a global authority on the chocolate industry and so the team deserved a nice place to rest. The breakout area was refurbished with flooring, units, new plumbing and a water heater.

In the words of Willy Wonka: “If you want to view paradise, simply look around and view it.”
