With industrial units, location is key and a base near the airport couldn’t be better. The perfect space for a warehouse or showrooms the industrial units at Whittle Way are just off Gatwick Road in the popular Manor Royal.

The expert team at BSPS were called in to ensure that Units 9 and 10 Whittle Way were as efficient as possible as well as looking fresh and sleek.

The team installed new Kingspan roofs and LED lighting as well as completing electrical works including a new fire alarm system. The team also installed brand new toilets in Unit 10 and created office space in both Units.

To make the units looks great from the outside, the team steam cleaned the building as well as performing external masonry repairs, window replacement and freshened up the paint on external cladding to Units 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10.

The area was situated in a no-fly zone which meant the team were unable to use cranes to elevate the new roof sheets. Despite these restrictions and the typical British weather, the team worked efficiently and with minimal disruption to get the units looking great and ready to welcome new tenants.
