The Marylebone district of London is home to the famous Baker Street and the legendary stories of Sherlock Holmes. Just a stone’s throw from where the famous fictional detective would mull over his latest case is Upper Montagu Street. This area of Marylebone is steeped in history, with beautiful historic buildings lining the streets.

BSPS was appointed for the high-quality refurbishment of one such building. The exceptional Grade II listed property needed to be renovated to the highest specifications.

The terraced house was given a complete overhaul, which demonstrated how stylish modern fittings can successfully complement period features.

Traditional features such as the fireplaces and cornicing were professionally restored, and the space was decorated in modern, neutral tones.

It doesn’t take a detective to deduce that BSPS well and truly cracked this case.
